If you are looking for a pet shop that carries salt water stuff, the only shop in the Keys that i know of is Keys Critters , in Key Largo.
The other "Keys Critters" that Twitterbait mentioned is a online type place with no retail building to speak of.This place carries mostly clean up crew livestock(crabs/snails etc) While the Key Largo shop is pretty much a full service pet shop that carries salt water things(last time i was down to visit that shop).
There was a retail type shop in Marathon, further down from Key Largo, but i'm not 100% sure if they are still in business at this time. I believe it was a retail side of a wholesale operation down there.

Not sure what kind of "shop" you are looking for in the Keys, but if you are looking for online snails/crabs etc. the Keys Critters that is one of our sponsors (you can find their link in our sponsors banner/link here) that IMO is one of the best places i've found for selection, quality ,and prices.

If you are looking for a fish /invert collector based in the Keys, let me know here, and i can give you a link to prob one of the only collectors licensed in the Keys .

Yup, sorry to say there are not that many shops good or bad, in the Keys.

Like was mentioned, maybe a trip up north a hour or so to Miami might be the way to go (i imagine you are probably arriving/departing from Miami airport anyway)

Maybe a member that lives in the Miami area can chime in here and help you out.
