Hello and welcome to Thursday. I'm sorry to announce it its not yet Thursday for me.

I applied for 35 jobs tonight and I HOPE I GET ONE. I also, got a TDS meter for my RO unit I'm happy to say.

My Yukon is dead at our LWM (local wal-mart). Its not firing for some reason. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet but it sounds like (from the wife's description) the fuel pump has quit. Its about 5 degree F outside and will only be 10 for a high today so it may sit up there for a day or 2.

What ever life is not gatting any better. But, most of the jobs I applied for are in California. If anything I will at least get to fly out there for some sun. that would be a good thing.

woke up at 5 am and even though i am off .. once that internal clock starts ringing................

got a doc's app. at 9 am ..then maybe a few minutes shopping if i feel up to it...

Good luck with the job search thing Jason, I remember going through that a few years ago and wasn't much fun. I think I sent out about 50 applications and didn't hear a peep back from any of them for over a month. I was just about to give up and go crawling back to my old job when the offeres started rollng in. Had to choose between about 10 good offers in the end

. All good things in time as they say!
Bummer on the car, hopefully it will be a cheap fix for you.
Wee Seadog had a bad night last night so I think I'm running on about 2 hours sleep. Like you say Tim...."the power of coffee"

It's 11f outside my door right now....going to be upper 40's and sunny later.

Jason, hope the right job opportunity comes your way. Hope it's not the fuel pump on the Yukon...it's in the gas tank and not a cheap fix. Had to have a pump & the computer module for it replaced on the Blazer and it wasn't fun.

Gwen & Steve, I don't know anybody on TRT who gets all the sleep they need.

Tim, hope you're recovering well and back in full swing for Christmas.

Viv, so many things to do and so little time.....Christmas is next week, right?? :

FishGirl and I are going to do some shopping today. Well, she is going to shop; I'm going to pay! The gift stuff I ordered online still hasn't arrived though delivery was guaranteed by today. Punching 'puter buttons to shop sure beats fighting the crowds at the malls. Oh, I just now got an email from one of the vendors that said they had press failures and that order wouldn't make it for Christmas.

That was for some note cards I ordered with one of my photos on it. No biggy.

Ran into one of my good friends Saturday, an old buck that got badly beaten up in last year's rut, but he's doing fine this year. I found one of his broken antlers last February. He's definitely a Whitetail, not one of those weird "Mule Deer" that I posted yesterday!!
