you, with a decent siphon.
none, at least none that will fit in your tank. trust me it took me 15years to learn this lesson. getting the leftover food and poo out of the tank as fast as possible is your only way to get rid of HA.

i am having trouble keeping it in my tank if i put a rock in there with it on the rock it is bare by the next day.

A sea hare will mow it down with reckless abandon, but it's hard to sustain their diet after a few weeks (they normally make it through most of the algae in your tank). I'd look to borrow one before I bothered buying one again.

My best luck was using carbon 24/7 and replacing around every two months.

Working on a friends (from TRT) tank which is in need of some help!
