Good container to use as a water reservoir.

Hi,

I need a 20-30 gallon container to use as a ro/di water reservoir (my ATO pump is going to be inside of it). Currently I am using a 5 gallon bucket, which needs to be refilled every couple of days =(.

It has to be in my living room beside my couch, so I would prefer to not have a trash can.

Thanks all,
Nathan

(I found a nice rubbermaid container at homedepot, but I'm worried about leaching chemicals.)

I don't know squat about stylish water containers ... but a good old fashion brute rubbermaid trashcan works fine .. suppose you could put a case of beer on top to make it blend in

big brutes and the entire brute line is food grade plastic. Dont get the cheap ones...but brutes are perfect and will leach nothing

I am using one of those blue water cooler bottles. so far, so good. But I will be switching to Brute 20g container once I find one online. Can't wait to get my ATO up and running.

You could use an aquarium or build a custom
container (cube, or other shape) out of plexiglass.

You could even get fun with it and make it something like
an aquarium with gawdy bubble toys, or a cube that changes
color using translucent panels and various color lights.

I second building your own. You could make it stylish as you want

maybe build a cabinet around a brute can and have a removable "table" top to cover it

I like the idea of building a cabinet/table around the can!
