Goby Behaviour Discovery!

I just caught a clip on the Travel Channel, Curious World, about the discovery of a Goby(couldn't catch the complete scientific name but sounded like an Okinawae species) that has the ability to change gender to suit the social circumstances and even change back again!
This would make buying a mated pair very easy!
Very pretty fish; sorta reminded me of a Neon Tetra.
