getting ready to move in SE WI
I'm getting ready to sell my house, and I'm taking down my 72 bf on Saturday
first the rules
1. pick-up Saturday noon-4'ish
2. I will not hold anything, first come/first serve
3. the cool fish are already spoken for, sorry
4. the clean-up crew will go as hitch-hikers
<>
the rock has a tufa/lava rock base with fiji on top
(all weights will be estimated, I don't own a scale that my wife will let me use)> tufa/lava rock $5
small pieces $10 (up to 10 lb range)
medium pieces $15 (11-15 lbs)
large pieces $20 (over 15 lbs)
other items in the tank are:
softies/mushrooms corals (make an offer)
damsels (yellow's and blue's)
chocolate chip star
burgundy brittle star (large)
here is my photobucket album with some pics of it
http://s26.photobucket.com/albums/c108/know-it-all/72/
other items available are:
(free) 55 gal wrought iron stand 12" x 48"
has a little rust on it, but nothing some steel wool and paint won't take care of
I've had it for less than 1 year
(free) Pine canopy for a 55 gal 12" x 48"
has 4 sockets installed for screw-in compact fluorescent bulbs
(worked great for growing plants)
(free) Marineland Emperor 400 filter only about 10 years old (giggle), but I only used it in emergencies/water polishing
so it's like new
($10) 20L aquarium 12" x 12" x 30"
only used for about 1 year, then my wife got a 55 for herself
($10) 15H aquarium 10" x 18" x 20", upper corner is drilled for 1" bulkhead (included)
used as a frag tank, until I got too busy
72 AGA bowfront/stand/canopy/4-bulb VHO lights
(make offer)
email me for more info/directions
jeff@mahutatool.com
(I know this isn't the correct forum, but it's the best I can do for short notice)

yes, but I got no real interest
I think the no-shipping had something to do with it
anything left at the end of the day Saturday is going to the LFS
for credit on Sunday

Looking at houses on the east side by UWM
so we are not moving far, but I don't think I'll find a house to hold 2 tanks

just a reminder
this tank is going down and the rock is going for "rock-bottom prices"
I figuring about $1.50/lb (if I had a scale my wife would let me use)
only thing that I'm holding for 1 person is the sand and 2 fish
(he helped me move the tanks around last year)

Unfortunately I am heading to Madison today to go shopping (w00t?). I'll pop in here tonight to see if you have anything left.

updates,
I have most of the fiji LR left, about 1/2 with corals/mushrooms attached
the LFS won't look at it until Moday night at the earliest
so I'll be home Sunday after noon for anyone that couldn't make it today
(and I mean around noon, I need to take my kids on a dad adventure in the morning)
