Fuge setup questions

Ive been toying with the idea of a fuge, thought about a 10 gallon wal-mart tank over the 30 gallon sump, with a dsb, LR and calerpa, and 40 watt NO, what is the easiest way to overflow water back into the sump, I was planning on feeding it with a very small PH, maby I should just but the CPR, but im a cheapskate, any suggestions

Get one of the acrylic tanks from Wal MArt , drill a hole and use common plumbing fitting to make an overflow
