Hmmm for clownfish I think you might NEED Rotifers...motility and size are an issue.
However, you can try Cyclop-eeze
http://www.cyclop-eeze.com (I just started to carry this for local banggai breeders etc.) or
baby brine shrimp, they are easy to hatch and enrich.
Clowns are very tiny at hatching, I think roties are your best bet. Dry foods might be better when they are a bit older.
One other thing to consider is that many fry require live food to stimulate a feeding response before they will eat. No dry food can really do that.
