Frozen Or Freeze-dried?

Which is better and why? Frozen or Freeze-Dried Cyclopeeze? Please post why and what you have had the best results with for both fish and corals. Thanks!

def I bought the freeze dried and most of the time it winds up in my sump. Doest seem to sink mostly just floats on top. It does help a little to soak it for awhile before adding it to the tank.
