Frogspawn touching clam

Any big issue here? The frogspawn has recently (past few days) grown enough that it will touch the edge of the mantle on my clam. Just during the mid day lighting cycle. So far thhey both appear ok and not being affected. Should I move something for the long run. Or are both non aggressive?

Ended up moving them as the foot of the clam wasn't attached!

Anyway are the frogspawns not really agressive or stingers then since they both appeared OK

In my experience the clams are relatively unaffected by stinging LPS

Hmmm... I have never had to deal with it, I really do not know, but I would recommend that you err on the side of caution, as there re many different levels of aggression in Euphyllia spp., some are benign, others can raise blisters on thick human skin with just a bare brush against the tentacle. I do not know to what extent this is an issue with Tridacnids, I would think that you'll need to get a consensus amongst reefkeepers or find a definitive reference.

Sorry to not be any more help than this, you have one vote for no effect and one for abstention now...

I've seen my frogspawn lash out in agression. Good that you moved it.

About 3 weeks ago I noticed that they were expaned ever so close to each other and then just this weekend they began touching. One monday I had to get into the tank for some maintenence and thought I'd check the clam for attachment. He wasn't so I thought better to move him just in case since I could.

But for the few days they were touching all was well.
