Fragging Purple Bush Gorgs ????
Hi all! Was wondering if anyone has fragged a purple bush gorgonian or is it possible? Mine is getting SOOOO big , and wanted to share with my local reefers. Let me know if this has been done and details if possible,,, Thanks!

Hi Dave! I really enjoyed the link on fragging a gorgonianand I have fragged two of my gorgonian doing exactly what you said except I just put the gorgonian in a hole and did not use clue and it attached itself to the rock. Johnny

Here is the same gorgonian 1 year later:
6 months later I had to get rid of it because it was growing out of the water. I eneded up giving it to a freind with a bigger tank.
I did frag it tho. I took a 4 inch piece and its now over 7 inches.

That is sweet. I like the growth, it almost looks like a table top acro type of growth. I think every tank should have at least one, it makes them look so much more natural. When I dive I see so many of them.

Hey Johnny,
I've got a gorg that looks like yours, only smaller. I think I'm slowly killing mine though. How long have you had that one? what kind of conditions? feeding?. I've got E. Bornemans book, although its at home now. Don't remember the species name, anyway it keeps getting covered in brown (diatom?) algae. Any help would be appreciated!
