Now, I don't claim to know everything - but their Arrive Alive - Stay Alive policy sort of raised my eyebrows. Within three days of leaving their facility in Bali - so they ship it overnight, and then you have less than two days to watch your fish - then if it dies, call them immediately then run to the post office (since every return has to be authorized and then postmarked withing 72 hours of leaving their facility). Basically, there's such a tiny window for return - it sounds like they don't have much faith in their product.
Even if you do have a fish that dies, and it's within the window you still have to pay all the shipping charges to and back again. So a dead $2.00 fish may end up costing you about $40 (conservative estimate) in multiple shipping fees.
Please, if there is a more experienced person out there with a different opinion - correct me, but I can just see someone getting a fish from them and then the fish is stressed out for a couple days and then dying just outside of the three day window.
