I blend mine and then put it in a small ice cube tray or in a leftover Formula One cube container.

the recipe I use (all are raw/uncooked, and fresh):
1/4 lbs large shrimp
2 oysters
~15 clams
2-3 large scallops
I shell everything, toss it in the blender with some Selcon, garlic, DT's oyster egg's, and a little cut up nori.
Blend until somewhat liquidy.
Pour in a ziplock freezer bag....pat it kind of flat, and stick it in the freezer.
Break off pieces as needed.
