food recipe needed

Having been in this hobby less than a year I'm not sure whats best to feed my corals/fish. Sure I have purchased the flakes and nuggets for the fish, have frozen brine shrimp and have attatched greens for them put ET's in coral tank and put liquid Phytoplankton in but theres got to be a better way.

Does anyone have a recipe that combines most of what is needed that you can make up blend and freeze that would allow you to just put in daily? If so would like to hear what you do and how sucessful you think it is.

my favorite recipe:

Tommy's Tried and True Brownies:

BROWNIE INGREDIENTS:
1 cup canola oil
4 eggs
2 ups granulated sugar
1&1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup cocoa powder (get the giradelli)
1&1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1&1/2 cups walnuts or pecans
2 cups Bailey's Irish cream and a glass of crushed ice

Final preparation Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 Tablespoons rum
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon solid vegetable shortening
PREPARATION:

Bake brownies :
  1. In large mixer bowl, beat oil, eggs, and sugar.
  2. Mix until creamy.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until well blended; add vanilla.
  5. Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
  6. Pour mix into pan.
  7. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
Pour half of baileys over crushed ice in a straight edged glass, sip while brownies bake, post on TRT or be a lurker.

Drizzle brownies with bourbon as soon as they are removed from the oven; refrigerate. Cream butter, rum and powdered sugar. Spread on brownies once they are cool to the touch in the frige (better when totally cold)

Refrigerate again. When cold, melt chocolate chips and shortening. Spread or drizzle quickly on top of brownies. Make patterns, or think of using butterscotch chips and frangelica instead of chocolate chips and rum, or do both and make contrasting patterns. Chill, consume other half of Bailey's while the brownies cool in the frige again.

Serves 2.

This is the tried and true Tommy Brownie, guaranteed to be a hit at the next office party.

This is the best food recipe I could come up with...

Serves 2?? That sounds like you, Tommy!

And that, my dear friends, is the classic way to change fish food thread to a food thread for brownies

I would like the scallops but see no reason to put that rouge makeup on them.

good news: I'm at home, so the food isn't so tempting.

Bad news: the refrigerator is full of stuff I really like that I bought at the market in Charleston at Shim creek... The shrimp are 10 to a pound and a few are still twitching...
