Food question

what are some foods that will help wear down my puffers and triggers teeth. To be exact its a valentini puffer and a Niger trigger. Oh and could you list where i could find the food (supermarket etc...)...and some specifics like name brand or anything else that is helpful. thanx

I had a puffer (porcupine) and the sale man at the lfs told me to feed him fresh shrimp (boiled) in the shell or clams in the shell (boiled). He loved the shrimp never showed a lot of interest in the clams. I bought mine from a local fish market
