I hope you have a great day, Cath!

Good Morning, Cath, Roger, & All!

Looks like rain for the rest of the long weekend. At least yesterday was a beautiful day.

I made an exciting find in the mountains yesterday. About 6 weeks ago, I photographed this 'Beat-Up Buck', with his broken antlers. While walking in the same general area, I found one of them! It's exciting enough to find a discarded antler but one from a deer that I 'know' was a thrill!

Dec. 31st:

Yesterday's find:

Have a Superb Sunday!

Dick

Morning cath, Roger, Dick and all that are yet to stop in.

My daughter's final swim meet for here ten year career in competitive swimming was yesterday at the state conference Div. III college finals. She swam her best times ever and ended in 6 place for a medal on a relay team. It was fun but a very, very long day considering a two hour drive, then sit from 10AM until 8PM for a few 3 minute or less races. Bleacher butt this morning.

No fog there but a few inches of fresh snow and more still falling.

Take care all,

Homer

Good morning everyone! The dogs woke me up early (although I might sneak off for a nap later this afternoon...) I'm still visiting my parents and doing my last rotation, but Andy came down to visit this weekend. Since Thursday was his birthday, we surprised him with a birthday cake at our favorite pizzaria.

And now, I've started re-agonizing (for the nth time) about where I want to go... I thought I had my list down, but I should have known better. Sigh. Decisions, decisions.

Well, you all have a great day!
Danielle

Morning all. Its cold out there. 27F. Expecting snow tonight. I will be off for a few days, taking my son to visit some of the local colleges. Also, need to get him a car (maybe tomorrow).

Still trying to catch my hippo to get him in the Hospital tank. My purple tank has been in it for a few days now. Really dont want to take the rock down. Man over fish, I think the fish will win.

Good morning all!

No I did not drop off the planet, just wish I had Busy lately... finally got caught up after vacation, then I had a huge increase in workload... so I'm back to being behind again! Well that's S.O.P anymore I guess.

Emily went to the regional Science Olympiad yesterday. She won a Silver and a Bronze (hardware!) and 2 - 6th place, and one 10th place. Her school placed 6th overall, out of 20. Unfortunately only the top 5 go on to State... but I'm pretty darned proud of her accomplishments!

I'm heading into the shop early... been doing some "housekeeping" in my SPS tank, and finding bits and pieces of this and that. Don (Cyberchef) sent me some frag plugs, so I went out and got a bunch of super glue, and I'm gonna do me a bit o'fraggin. Some of the frags I bought/traded/made ages ago have gone and grown into nice little colonies!

I need desparately to overhaul my 120 too...it's looking shabby indeed.

I guess busy is a good thing, but got to take care of the critters!

Happy Sunday, all!

Jenn

Good morning TRT. Snowing here in the prairie but warm. Still had a nice walk in the bush with the old dog.

44º at 9 am , barely raining, it might be a good day to work in the shop. that and oil change on the wifes car. Need to go up the mountain and get some fravel for the driveway. Run out to the river for a load of sand so I can get the pool level this time. Need about 200' copper pipe bout 3/4" to redo the pools solar heater. Large diameter polypipe at semi fast rate = bad heat transfer = brrrrrrrrrrr. Then again if it dries out I have to finish painting the house and take out the yard weeds and tumbleweeds and sagebrush
Have a great day, I will have another cuppa and procrastinate a while

Good Sunday Morning, TRT!

It's bright and sunny here in the Puget Sound area - gorgeous! I'm going to clean up my patio today and put together some new flower pots for spring. Well, somewhere in between watching Daytona, studying and getting my housework done, I'll get out there.

I hope you all enjoy your day
