ok this question isnt about hair cutting, its about flow.
im starting to think i dont have enough. im running about 300-400 gph in a 46gallon with 20gal sump. was wondering if i need to upgrade the return pump so that the whole tank flows through the skimmer faster. or if just getting a couple powerheads to blow water around and stir crud up would be ok too? if you need more info please be specific, if power heads are ok, what are some recommendations that wont keep my fish pressed against the glass? (actually that would be kinda cool... nah, nevermind)

add power heads to increase flow

I'd suggest a Seio 620 with all the shrowds removed
for a nice even flow
