Regular PVC cement will do it!

regular pvc primer and glue. Hint....use LOTS of primer and glue with flex pvc. Make absolutely sure primer hits all points of contact on both pieces. I always have a rag handy to mop up excess glue asap. I use clear primer and glue so i dont have a bunch of ugly blue or purple streaks in my plumbing

Also..one of the most important things when using flex is immediately after putting the pipe in the fitting look at it from two angles to make sure it is seated squarely. Due to the nature of the pipe it wants to sit crooked.....you need to correct it immediately before anything sets or it can leak water or create microbubbles.
