Flame Angel in love with Peppermint Shrimp??

My Flame Angel has all of a sudden taken a liking to my peppermint shrimp. The Angel will swim down to where the shrimp likes to live, and he will brush up against the shrimp, then change positions and rub up against him again... very odd... could the shrimp be cleaning the Angel? Why would the Angel seek out the shrimp like that??
