I don't know if it's available over there but I use 'New Era' food if you can find that or some other high quality flake or pellet food it will not increase the phosphate as much as the cheaper dry foods which are bulked out with ash.
I'm really impressed with the food I'm using!

Do you use phosphate remover or reactor?

Good Blender mush recipe. Make sure ALL of the following are RAW (not pre-cooked), and the fresher the better (Whole food or other organic stores have the best stuff for this)

1/4 lbs Large Shrimp (shell them when you get home)
2-3 Oysters (toss the shells, just want the innards)
~15 clams (ditto)
2-3 large scallops
1-2 crab legs (again, just the meat)

throw all this in a blender with some Garlic Guard or something, add some Selcon, and blend it just a little until it's chunky and liquidy.

Pour it in a zip-lock freezer bag.

pat it flat

freeze!

Break off small chunks about the size of a dime, and thaw for 5-10 minutes in some tank water. And VIOLA...good food for your fish!

another good food recommendation is San Francisco's Fozen Mysis or Cyclopeeze
