I would put in some live rock. How much live rock do you have in your tank? I think chaetomorpha macro is a very good one works well for me. I like mangroves I do not have any but they also work very good. I would just put cheato, mangroves and, live rock in the the refugium.

Re

I have about 52 pounds in there already.Remember that I've got the small fuge which is only 13L by 12H.Smaller pieces are hard to get so maybe some rubble rock?If so how many pounds?Like 2 or 3?

I would get some small rubble like 2-3lbs for the pods to live in. How big is your tank?

An easy way to get live rock rubble is to get an ugly piece of live rock and whack it with a hammer a few times. Instant rubble, dosen't hurt the rock, and you can make it as small as you want. Bonus is that copeopods really grow well in rubble.
