First fish added (again)

All from the 3 LFS in the area, price shopped and compared with online prices (liveaquaria, saltwaterfish, thatfishplace), it looks I will be purchasing more online due to cost (i.e. the clowns are a $10 difference)

2 firefish gobies (I know girly fish but the wife likes them) 14.95 each
1 mexican turbo 3.33 (wanted more but got the last one)
6 nassarius snails (they said they were trochea, and I didn't look until after I got home) .99
2 keys red hermits .99 (red legs with yellow tips)

I was looking to get a polyp but they only had huge ones, does any one have a small 2-3 cluster one I could buy (or be gifted). I don't want to buy a large one, b/c 1. I want to make sure it takes and 2. in the future I plan on getting an angel and butterfly which could both nipple on it.

Other then massive ammount of hair algae ( I want 2 more m turbos - coming in thursday) the tnak is coming along, the gobies are loving the run of the tank, compared to what they came from.

If it were me, I'd get the hair algae problem under control before adding more fish. More fish means more food, which leads to more waste, and then more algae.

Cycling has to do with establishing enough bacteria to be able to safely and quickly convert toxic ammonia into the less toxic nitrate. It has little to do with having a lot of hair algae in the tank. Hair algae (massive amount) indicates a really high level of nutrients in the system (phosphate, nitrate) which can really hurt corals. That's why I recommended that you deal with the issue now, while you don't have to worry about what to do with your fish. Usually, the problem only gets worse after you add more fish because fish food adds nutrients to the system as does fish poo. It kind of snowballs on you if you are not careful.

massive might have been a little exagerated, it is just on the top of the top rocks (except the one I turned), the nitrites turned to nitrates to fuel the growth. The instant ocean mix also has some phosphates in it.

It just looks massive to me cause I can still remember seeing the tops of my rocks.
