Feeding recirc skimmer w/ return line
Ideally I would like to feed my recirc skimmer from the drain line but I have some concerns. The tank is an AGA reefready and I am getting close to the threshold of over flowing it. I would like to "take away" from the return flow rather than restrict my drain in order to get the gph needed for the skimmer. Right now, I have a "T" plumbed on my return line for a Phosban Reactor that I plan to remove from my system. Is using the return line a not so good way of feeding the skimmer?
