Feeding anemone

Hello just a couple questions on how to properly feed my anemones. I have a fairly large flourescent green bubble tip anemone, and a purple tipped white sebae anemone. I have a mature clarkii clown who loves to roll around and play with the bubble anemone, but it seems that it has lost a little color in the past couple days. How can I make sure this anemone is fed properly? what foods should I use, and what devises or instuments are out there to make this possible..

Same questions with the white sebae who doesn't have any clown fish living with it ??

any information would be greatly appreciated ! thanks in advance !!

I feed my BTA silversides (frozen) and mysis shrimp from a turkey baster, I would do the same for the Sabae. Lost color, what do you mean? What kind of lighting do you have?

I use a Current USA dual actinic flourescents with dual 150W metal hallides....It just doesn't seem as bright (green) as it was when I put him in. From what everyone is telling me the lighting shouldn't be a problem.

I will take your advice on using the baster with the mysis shrimp (have both here)

Iv'e also heard little chunks of frozen (of course dethawed at the time of feeding) raw shrimp fed with feeding tongs ? what you think?
