Feather Duster on the run...
So I'm looking at my tank this morning and found my feather duster has left its home. I think it may be looking for a new home. What can I do to help it? Should I try to stick it back in its old home? Help me.

Did it vacate the tube?
If so you can try burying the soft worm part in some sand, which will stick to it. It will form its own new tube in short order.

I wish I did something sooner. Looks like my bubble tip ate it. I thought my bubble tip was dying, but it looks like it wanted its last meal. Thanks for the advice.

Well I don't think it was really mobile. Just getting caught up in the current. But I'm still confused on why it left its home. I guess I'll never know.

Sad. Hope the bubble tip had a good last meal.
Did the worm still have his feathers attached as he drifted in the current?

Yeah....it was still attached. It looked like a little worm with green feathers. I really liked that feather duster too. That bubble tip is a pain in the you know what.

I had the same problem with a dwarf duster not too long ago. When the worm came out I tried to stuff it back in its tube. I guess it really didn't like it in there because the next day it was out again. Now I cannot find it.
You should try sticking it in a MacDonalds straw.
