False Perculas

I have a question. I bought two false perculas today and aclimated them with the drip method as to not stress them out. My question is how do you get them to eat and what types of food do you feed your false perculas? Also I have high current in my tank is this going to be a problem for them. Anyone out there have this type of fish in their tank and if so do you have any advise on keeping these really cool fish. Thank you.

DD,

Well I am on my second pair of false percs which are now laying eggs by the way. I have had this pair for three years and the pair before that I had for eight years. Anyway they are a very hardy fish and eat about anything you put in the tank. I feed mine formula one, mysis, OSI flake, and sweetwater zooplankton. My set of percs host in my leather coral and seem very happy and content. Good luck...

I agree with Karsco. Mine eat everything and anything. I give a variety of frozen foods, enriched brine, mysis, blood worms once a day then in the evening they get OSI flakes and some Sea Veggies. ( I am not sure if they eat their vegetables but I seemed to have that problem with my kids!)
