There's no guarantee that they will ever host. BTA is not a natural host for A. ocellaris, but it does happen with random frequency in captivity.
Even in pairing fishes and anemones that should normally match in the wild, in captivity it's a gamble. Some do, some don't. Some fishes jump in in mere seconds, others take weeks or months, or not at all.
Watch and wait I think. Make sure the anem gets meaty foods a few times per week, make sure any powerheads have foam prefilters on them, and perhaps someday....
