That's a typical diet. How's the coral look? Do you think it needs something more?
And welcome to TRT!!!

Welcome to TRT!
You could try a variety of things... zooplankton, cyclops (aka Cyclop-eeze), enriched brine shrimp...
They like a fairly high nutrient content in their water - so a bit 'dirty' is good for them (although maybe not good for your other inhabitants)...
Tell us a bit more about your tank

Thanks for the props, luvmylo.
Elegance corals feed on just about any marine meaty foods like fish or shrimp. Try to avoid the phosphate Laden foods from you grocery store. They don't feed on plankton, so small particles in the water normally don't cause a feeding response from these corals. This is a very poor video of me feeding some of my Indonesian Elegance corals. I need to make a new one. A little wiggle of the food in their tentacles will mimic a struggling prey animal and cause a stronger feeding response.

I was having problems with my Elegance corals discharging the shrimp I purchased from the grocery store prematurely. They would keep it down for a day or so, then discharge an ugly mass of half digested shrimp. I checked the little white sticker they put on the package of "fresh" shrimp. There was a warning stating that it may contain phosphates as a preservative. I then tested my aquarium water for phosphate and it was negative. I took the test solution and poured it over a small piece of shrimp in a bowl and the solution turned dark purple on contact. I stopped using food from the grocery store and my Elegance corals stopped discharging their food prematurely.

I feed a number of things. I make a mixture of aquarium water, marineplankton, cyclops, rotifeast, arctipods, baby brine, and mysis. I target feed this 3-5 times a week. Haven't lost a single elegance coral on this regiment yet.
