Mommy! Mommy! come quick, Jaques is DEAD!! are the cries I hear as I try not to dive head first down the stairs to the tank. (In case anyone cares the coffee was STILL brewing

)
The kids are hysterical, and yup, right out in front for all to see, was the lifeless husk of a freshly molted cleaner shrimp!
As I am fishing out the husk, I try to explain to them that he's really not dead, just getting bigger. "see" (I say) "there's no insides, just skin" This only causes more dimay, 'cause "Something ATE him??"
Anyway, now everyone is glued to the tank waiting for Jaques appearance, which will be tonight when he's hungry. Until then he usually hangs out in the back of the cave. . . today should be fun. . .
Just thought I'd share. . . (BTW before Nemo came out the cleaner shrimp's name was Kirby. . . oh well)
