Dumped 50/g fresh water need help with starting back up

Well I have had my reef tank running for about 5 years now. And last week one of my float valves stuck open dumping about 50/g of fresh water in the sump. This is a 130/g reef tank. So that maid my salinity drop to 1.004 (NOT GOOD). I have lost every thing except four fish and some button polyps. The refuge is wiped out all the snails, hard and soft corals. All gone
I have since done some water changes and brought the salinity back up. My water is going through a major cycle now.
One of the questions I have is since every thing has died off do I need to replace some of the live rock to get back all the critters?
I had dozens of bristle worms laying on the bottom of the tank after the fresh water dump.
What is going to be the best way to get things jump started back up?
Thanks for any and all help.

Any one from the Quad Cities (IOWA) That would like to trade some live rock or live sand to help me get things back up and running?
