Here is a pic of my toadstool after the lights go out. Each night I have to poof this stuff off of him any ideas what it is? Is it just a accumiation of toadstool poop?

LOL Jeff! It's just bits of detritus and fine grains of sand caught there, you probably can't see it until the polyps are retracted. Now say Doh! and slap your forehead

Need more current bud, "borrow" an irragation pump, hook up a big block chevy and you should be set

My toadstool does the same thing but I never bother cleaning it off never realy looks much worse then yours there Stang69

in fact he hardly ever closes up at least while I am a wake anyhow

ONly bad part of More circulation Doug is that f it has much more on it it wont open fully. It is picky I have tried several ways of handling it. I have a wavemaker now so will give it a shot tomorrow to see if it works. I will run 3 maxi jet 1200's on the wavemaker
