This tuesday may be mantis ground zero!! Now the only thing I have to worry about is getting mantis from shipping box to tank without losing one or more finger digits...
A net is probably out, my worst nightmare would be 5 inches of furious peacock mantis tangled up in a net, with me having to do the detangling... gah that's wayyyy too close and personal for my comfort!!
Any thoughts?

Update, the mantis will be heading north sat morning and should meet up with his new mom around 1pm. My son is moving to Seattle and has agreed to transport the new arrival. This is our best shot at timely delivery
