Dosing systems for Alk / CA

Has anyone tried or currently using the Kent Marine I/V style dosing containers? The have 3 sizes and look like a pretty simple, reliable way to handle this at a low cost.

I started adding my Alk to my top off water and kind of wish I didn't. It's warmer now and my alk and Ca are now out of whack. I'll get them back and all is ok but it's just not predictable enough in the top off water (for me)

Feedback / Experience on my question would be appreciated ...

Thanks

I can't be much help except to say that I just bought the smaller sized container. It arrived from Fed Ex today so when I get home I may tinker with setting it up. I thought it looked like a great & inexpensive way to handle the task.

I guess I'm not much help other than to say I think the same way you did in that it looks like an easy and efficient dosing setup.

I've tryed to do this before, but I could never get the driprate to remain the same, plus it was allot of work.. It's a better sulution than just dumping the stuff in every day I think, but I don't think you'd be able to set one to run for a week reliably at the same drip rate or anything.

Wiskey - what do you have that you have found to be the lowest maintenance, lowest cost and most reliable?
