Probably the blue tube - You got a photo?
How many stage RO/DI unit???
Eitherway the waste tube should be the one with the restricting valve on it (can be just a basic on off valve which you have to set)

well the one with the faster rate coming out will be the waster water, so the slower one should be the pure.
Its the blue tube for me as well.

My work sink is very old and I had to put an attachment on it to attach to the RO unit. Well I put the water on FULL blast and while I was lounging upstairs, the rubber became detached from the connector and sprayed water all over, covered almost the whole basement floor
Lucky it is concrete!

It sounds like you need a restrictor on your waste tube (Just a simple on off valve), this stops you wasting so much water down the drain and forces more water through the RO element (will increase the production rate of good water too).
If you put the valve on and decrease the flow rate through the waste tube to about 1/2 that of the good water you should still get a TDS reading of less than 2.
