Does anyone stock their tank with pods?

Hey guys, I just got a 6 line wrasse and wanted to make sure I had enough pods and little critters in the tank for him or her to enjoy.

Does anyone stock their tanks with pods?

My tank is a 55gal and is about 1.5 years old. There are 65 lbs of lr in the tank and it is full of softies. Lighting: 4x65 PC

At night when the moonlights are on I dont see much life so I'm kind of worried... what do you guys think?

I also saw this online, anyone ever use it?

I am gonna tag along on this one... I have the same question. I would like to get a mandarin but also don't see much life after lights are out. Don't want to get one if he has nothing to eat.

Well... a sixline will eat other things too... bristleworms for example.

I have a 65 with a mandarin in it.. and I have 100+ lbs of live rock. I do shine a light in there at nite to check for life. If I didn't see any pods..I'd probably order some..but so far I haven't had a problem.

Try feeding the sixline rinsed frozen mysis......many of them will eat this. The rinsing is just to remove the majority of the phoshpates off of the frozen...........

If you are planing on getting a Mandarin then make sure you see it eat at the store first before you buy it.

Have pods is nice, but you will need it to eat other stuff also. Just to be on a safe side.

I use both Rots and pod ,,,, I keep the pods going in the overflow and sump fishing them out into the tank about one per week. I keep 32 liters of rots going at all ties now if I could just get the phyto going.

The 6 line is eating frozen food, but I thought they really liked pods. I just wanted to provide him with a variety of different stuff but if he doesnt need them its cool.

Thanks
