I don't but I have only bought zooas once.

I was at a meeting last month and we had a speeker in talking about all the nasties that can come in on them (sea spiders, zooa nudies ect,..) and I know I will if I ever buy them again.

I do dip all my SPS in TMPCC though, because my tank is mostly SPS, but I am planning to setup a Q tank soon so I can do the proper thing, which is dip them, put them in Q for 2 weeks, inspect them, dip them again then into the display.

I assume you mean your fish...

I would think ~5 to 10 sec for most of the zoas or cnidarians in general (with a little swishing).

The meeting I went to the speeker talked about dipping zoas for quite a bit longer than 5 seconds in FW, shocked me too, but he is a distributer and does this to any zoas he brings in, hasn't lost one to this yet,...

I'm a dipper. I'm waiting for the day a sea spider comes out. That's the day I wet my pants and scream like a little girl.

Actually 5 min works better because it also gets any eggs that they may have laid. It is really easy and that is the only reason i do it.
