it all depends on the k rating of your lighting... yes... but most are shades of green and brown, and blue.

Since i posted this Ive actually found some purple, some incredible reds, and actually some green ones that were unlike any color of green i have ever seen. All at frags.org.

Unfortunately however, they were $20-80 PER POLYP!!!!!!!!

YIKES.

Are you talking about just button polyps or also zoanthids? "Zoos" come in all types of colors and patterns. Buttons are just brown and green from what I see....the pic above is of a zoanthid.

You can find them on Ebay for a better price than $20-80/polyp. I personally think $10/polyp is ripoff, but most people that sell them to you usually provide more polyps then they originally sold you since they're small, it's hard to frag off an exact number of polyps.

Here's also another site from a local guy I know that does some neat frags. He has quite a few zoos as well:

I am talking about Button polyps.........polyzoa i THINK. I didnt realize those were zoos that twitter posted a pic of. Its not like Twitter to post erroneously like that. I might just be misunderstanding names here. ?????I have 8 different colors of zoos in my tank now. I have only 1 color of green button polyps. I didnt realize how in close up pictures they look so similar, yet so different in person. I agree with you that $10 per polyp is STILL expensive. That site you posted a link to has both ridiculous and reasonable prices on that first page, (havent gotten any farther yet).

You should go to frags.org and check out the limited edition first page and see if i am mistaken as to what im looking at or that possibly youre mistaken as to anything but greens and browns existing. Im guessing probably the former, but check it ouot.
