is there a relationship between low dkh and
red slime? the last couple of weeks my coraline growth seems to have slowed and after searching all the lfs and coming up empty on a dkh test kit i got a reef master kit that included all the other test kits that i already have. anyway, dkh was at 5 and i had developed a red slime problem. i'm slowly raising the dkh back to a good level. is the red slime problem a coincidence, or is there a direct relationship? just curious, i've been doing this for years and have had more combined problems in the last 6 months with this tank than every tank i've had since the eighties combined.
