DIY fish traps? bigger fish

ok well i know of the 2 liter pop bottle but that is to small for this fish and i really am just not likeing him he is very mean its a blue velvet damsul. i got him because he was hardy and very pretty but he has grown and become a mennis. well as u can tell i dont feel like ripping my tank appart so any ideas for big fish traps. he is 3.5 inches long and 1.75 inches tall so it needts to be big and hard to get out of.

You could try the same soda bottle, but cut enough off the top so the Damsel will fit in.

I never tried it, but it's just a thought.

This is a thread I posted a while back, one of the posts has a fish trap movie, it shows just how it works, if you have the time and the money I would say go for, everyone I have talked to says they work like a charm.
