DIY dosing thing?

I just bought a I.V. tubing set-up with a bag of saline for $3.80. I want to know how to set one up with a jug and how to keep it form leaking, How to seal the jug?
Plus is it ok if I use the bag after I get rid of the saline?

Trick is to put kalk in the IV bag without mixing in a lot of air with it. The CO2 in atmosphere reduces its effectiveness

I am in the process of setting up the same type of Kalkwasser doser. 1000ml IV bag with drip chamber, etc. I hope to have the couple missing connectors tonight to get it plumbed and try a filling system. If it works I'll let you know and go into the details.
