There are a lot of things that can be going on.

Is anyone spraying chemicals in the house? Air freshener? Bug spray? Cleaning supplies?

Do you dose anything? What, how much and how often.

How old are your lights? How long do you run them for?

How much water do you change and how often?

Have you made any changes to the system, removal or additions of equipment, animals or did you clean anything?

What skimmer do you run?

Do you use carbon or ferrous oxide?

What's your substrate? How old is it? Have you cleaned it?

have you lost power recently for any amount of time?

Is there any pattern to the death of your corals? Are they grouped together? Are they a specific kind? Are they new? Are they old? Have you recently fragged them? Moved them? Anything else that could link them together?

What are your parameters when measured... Calcium, alkalinity, magnesium, nitrates, temp (include daily variation) and pH (include daily variation).

That should keep you busy for now.
