De-worming medication

What is the best, reef safe medication out there to kill off internal parasites in gobies. I've heard of a product called deworm by aquatronics.

The only reason I ask is because my goby is rather thin, but eats like a pig. I've had him for almost 9 months now and there has never been any problem. Just figured that I could try to prevent something from happening down the road.
