Cubicus question

ever see something so ugly its cute? cubicus! Its a type of box fish, no horns, white with black dots. I almost bought him but the LFS guy said he wasnt sure if this species gives off a toxin when it dies and could nuke the tank. Anyone know for sure?

A friend says that little cubicus look like swimming croutons, LOL. She's right!

Definitely a fish only tank with peaceful tank mates that won't stress it and do a full quarantine first, these fish are prone to carry internal parasites and have odd skin problems.
