Even if its a cheap one, as long as its callibrated its still probably better! How long do you mix the water before adding it? How do you mix it?

I do zero it to my Ro every time and NORMALLY mix my water for 24hrs but i will put my hands up and say i did rush as my tank was seriously low after my changes and it was mixed for 4 hrs and added, i really didnt think it would make so much difference!! Jeez i've got a lot to learn before i can look after any pedigree's

Definitely a sea slug, possiby Chelidonura spp, but I don't think so, looks more like some member of either Chromodoris or Glossodoris genera, although the pic makes it still very difficult to ID much past genera, not enough detail to see sensory organs on head, although prolly enough to eliminate most spp. of Chelidonura

These awre very speciallized creatures, usually only feeding on one particular item or two, without which they wil die. Hopefully what they feed on is not some coral or sponge in your tank.

Well done Cath!

nudi's are generally very specific feeders. hopefully it is something that you have in the tank, better still hopefully it is something that is not expensive.

for the most part nudi's are difficult to keep because of their specific feeding habits.

uhhh... remember, the photo is not everything...

Physiology and morphological features are more important than the physical coloration, which more often than not changes as specimens age from juvies to adults. Congrats to Cath for narrowing down the field, with what I see in the photo, this or one of the ther listed Genera are most likey the culprits
