cpr continuous siphon overflow


what are your thoughts??? i was thinking of upgrading my u-tube. is it worth the investment? pros and cons would help alot, thanks

CPRs are not without issues, personally i like a properly setup U Tube for the $$$$$$$$

That would not be an upgrade that would be a downgrade.
CPR's are prone to losing siphon
A well built U tube overflow with some screen on top to keep out the snails is next best to a drilled tank.

ok thanks, the spr's do come at a hefty price and if it wasnt incredibly better, i wasn't going to buy. tanks for the help
