could my Dori by pregnant?

Ok I have had my dori(Regal) for about 4 months in My 20 gallon nano....the other day she went missing...well today she showed back up and is twice her normal size...she looks pregnant...I asked the lfs but they said there is now way possible? Wonder what is going on? No Ick or anything...could this just be a growth spurt?

Anything missing she may have eaten? Maybe it's a false pregnancy.

I'm pretty certain that male and female tang's shoot their business into the water, at which point the fetrilized eggs make it on their own. I dont remember the scientific term for this, but they don't give birth, so I don't imagine that it's pregnant!

Prolly not sexually mature at 3 inches. I think you would need two to get one pregnent too. I've found that regals will eat meaty foods so maybe something tasty was discovered.
