Corner Overflows vs. Center Overflow

Hi, I just wanted to get people's opinions of two corner overflows vs one center overflow. What does everyone prefer and why? Is there a certain advantage of one set up to the other, besides aesthetic preference? It'll be for a 125 gallon, 72" tank. Thanks

Welcome to TRT

I would rather have the 2 corner overflows on an Inwall tank because it blocks less of the middle of the tank, but on a tank standing in a livingroom I would rather have the centre overflow because the corner overflows are ugly when viewing the tank from the side. Also they block a fair amount of your side view.

Whiskey

I agree with Whiskey if the tank is going to be viewed from the side alot the corner overflows block alot and, they can be ugly but you can cover them. I do find the corner over flows easier to aquascape though.

Obviously with one single center overflow you may not get as much flow as 2 corner overflows. Depending on the teeth and the bulkheads.
