As has already been noted, there are several different types of "Coris" wrasses. I'm not familiar with the Yellow Coris. However, I just returned to the dealer a
Coris wrasse, the exact species of which I'm honestly not sure. It is either a Coris Gaimard or a Coris Formosa; my guess is that it's a Coris Gaimard that has started taking on its adult coloration. This fish was stunningly beautiful, a real eyecatcher that visitors to my tank always admire. However, it flips over rocks, and the larger it grows, the larger the rocks it can flip over, meaning that none of my corals are immune to being flipped upside down. It's also a very hard fish to catch as it digs deep into the sandbed to hide and sleep. I had to wait until I tore down my tank to move to catch my pesky beauty.
I also have a Sixline whose is no problem but who swims so fast and darts around to a degree that makes it hard to see it.
Have you considered the dwarf angels for color and movement?
