is it ok to have some sps hard corals with soft corals?

yes but you need alot of current and calcium for sps and not so much for softies.

Some softies emit toxins that can impead the growth or outright kill stonies at certin levels. To counteract this effect be sure to run carbon, it absorbs these toxins.

yes, although they may not do as good as a SPS specific tank, for many of the reasons already stated above.
