Coralline Algae

I have had live rock in a trash can for the last six months. During that time the rock has become mostly white. Will the coralline algae ever come back with the proper calcium and lighting conditions?

Keep doing your water changes and that is all you will need.

It will come back even though you think it never will - - - we just moved our 135-gallon across Texas and a lot of the live rock bleached out, dried. For days and days. Now it's all pink again ---- yippee!
